Welcome to course Russian for Business!
Dear friends, language school Eurasian Adventure offers you a course that will improve your language skills from basic level to a Pre-Intermediate.
Study of Business Russian as a foreign language (basic level) is addressed to managers and businessmen who is leading collaboration or planning to work with Russian-speaking clients and partners.
The programme contains 12 themes and consists of a textbook which presents vocabulary, grammar, business skills, dialogues and learning situations; notebook with assignments (with answers) and CD.
The office is in the center of Moscow, 10 minutes walk from Novokuznetskaya/Tretyakovskay metro station. There are only 6 people maximum in a group. The course is made for 8 lessons a month - 1 hour lesson twice a week. Time schedule is flexible and individual lessons are also possible by Skype.

About Russian
Russian is an official language of the Russian Federation. It belongs to the family of Indo-European languages and is one of the three living members of the East Slavic languages. Written examples of Old East Slavonic are attested from the 10th century onwards. Its closest relatives are Ukrainian and Belarusian, the other two national languages in the East Slavic group.
The standard well-known form of Russian is generally called the modern Russian literary language (современный русский литературный язык). It arose in the beginning of the 18th century with the modernization reforms of the Russian state under the rule of Peter the Great, and developed from the Moscow (Middle or Central Russian) dialect substratum under the influence of some of the previous century's Russian chancellery language.
It is the most geographically widespread language of Eurasia and the most widely spoken of the Slavic languages. It is also the largest native language in Europe, with 144 million native speakers in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. Russian is the 8th most spoken language in the world by number of native speakers and the 7th by total number of speakers. The language is one of the six official languages of the United Nations.

You can learn Russian in your country
Rossotrudnichestvo at the moment is the only Russian public establishment busy with systematical teaching the Russian language abroad on RCSC courses. For the time being, such courses are provided in 56 RCSC centers in 50 countries. The net amount of students is above 19,000 a year.
Much attention is paid to social and professional focus of these courses and orientation of teaching different targeted groups. Most popular forms are the intensive and short-term courses provided to the staff of public institutions and services, air companies, banks, hotels and tour companies. The Russian language courses for the children of compatriots living abroad and cross marriages children are available in 33 countries. The foreign citizens may try the Russian language tests at the RCSC courses and receive the certificates on completion.
Rossotrudnichestvo and its foreign representative missions annually organize and run cultural, educative and scientific events, aimed at popularization of the Russian language and stimulating the foreign citizens’ interest to studying it; the support of national Russian philology and further development of Russian language teaching in the countries of stay.
